A residential house was damaged in a blaze that broke out in Check Duderhama Ganderbal area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a fire broke out in a residential house belonging to Nazir Ahmad Ganie, son of Abdul Gani Ganie of Check Duderham today afternoon.
Although no casualty was reported in the incident but the house got damaged, he said, adding that the cause of the fire is being ascertained.
Meanwhile, the local residents appealed to the district administration to provide compensation to the affected family—(KNO)
