Union Minister, Dr. Jitendra Singh has said that “retrieving” Pakistan-administered Jammu Kashmir (PaK) is the next on agenda on the Bhartiya Janta Party.
The union minister made these comments while addressing ‘Mirpur Balidan Divas’ dedicated to displaced persons. “The leadership that has the capacity and the will to abrogate Article 370 also has the capacity to retrieve a part of Kashmir from Pakistan,” he said.
He repeated that it was always believed and said that Article 370 would never be abrogated but under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this was made possible and in the same way would the resolve to retrieve PaK be also accomplished.
He said retrieving Pakistan-administered Kashmir is not only a political and national agenda but also a responsibility towards the respect for human rights because our brethren there are living in inhuman conditions and have been mercilessly denied even basic amenities like healthcare and education.
