A Scooty rider died after being hit by a tractor in Vessu area of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that Adil Sultan Dar, a scooty rider was hit by a speedy tractor near Vessu on Jammu-Srinagar National highway.
Aadil Sultan Dar, son of Mohammad Sultan Dar, a resident of Bangidar in Islamabad (Anantnag) died on the spot after being hit.
An FIR has been lodged and investigation initiated.
