Second Civilian has been killed in Sugan area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District during the clashes in the area.
The Civilian has been identified as Bilal Ahmed, a resident of South Kashmir’s Kulgam District.
Earlier a civilian identified as Niyaaz Ahmad from Kachdoora Shopian has been shot dead.
Massive clashes had erupted in South Kashmir’s Shopian post the encounter that began at around 4:30 am in Shopian.
At least 50 civilians have been injured in the clashes.

7 Militants have been killed i the ongoing Sugan Encounter while 3 more have been killed in the encounter at Kachdoora area of Shopian.
Massive operations launched jointly by RR of Indian Army, CRPF and jammu kashmir Police are going on the area.
