Seven Cattle Stolen By Thieves in Shopian

Seven cattle have been stolen during two separate incidents in South Kashmir’s Shopian district during the intervening nights of Friday and Saturday.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that thieves stormed into the cowsheds in New colony Meloora of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

He said that a total of seven cattle were stolen from the cow-sheds of Mohammad Yousuf Sheikh and Mohammed Ayoub from the New Colony area of Maldera area of Shopian.

A case has been registered in this regard at the concerned police station they said.
