The insulting comments were made by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Spokespersons Nupur Sharma over a live TV show which evoked condemnation from Gulf and other countries.
Pertinently, a shutdown was observed in the area last Friday too. Several protests were staged across Kashmir demanding the arrest of the BJP member.
