The Narbal area of Budgam in Central Kashmir is observing a shutdown amid heavy deployment of paramilitary personnel to mourn the killing of Nadeem Abrar on Tuesday.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that business establishments are shut and vehicular movement is thin on the roads, as Government Force personnel have been deployed to prevent any ‘Law and Order’ situation.
They said that people are also visiting the home of the Lashkar e Taiba commander who had joined Militancy in December 2018.
The Jammu Kashmir Police on Monday had said that they have arrested the top Lashkar Commander, Nadeem Abrar in the Parimpora area of Srinagar, involved in several cases, hours later he was killed in the encounter that staged between Militants and Government Forces in Srinagar outskirts.
