
While clamping down heavily on the militants settled in POK and their sympathizers, the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of Ramban Police on Wednesday again carried out raids at multiple locations in District Ramban in the houses of militants and their relatives, who are operating from Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
A senior police officer told the news agency—Kashmir Scroll said that the houses of the militants and their sympathizers who are settled in POK/PAK and are continuously trying to revive the militancy in the Chenab Valley were raided yesterday.
These houses belong to the relatives of Pak/Pok settled militants including Qari Abdul Latief originally a resident of Koot Ara Khari, Reyaz Ahmad Bohru, a resident of Arpinchla, Khari, Fayaz Ahmad, Mushtaq Ahmad Bohru both resident of Pinchala Khari. During the course of searches, a lot of incriminating digital and non-digital pieces of evidence were collected.
