Social Activist Group on Wednesday distributed masks besides providing awareness among shopkeepers and people in Shopian district of South Kashmir.
Continuing the efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 in Kashmir, Social Activist group head by Magray Mansoor distributed masks in Shopian town besides providing awareness among shopkeepers and people who hail from remote places to visit the market.
Masks were distributed among hundreds of people, mostly among vendors and shopkeepers besides giving them awareness about the deadly virus.
Magray on the occasion appealed general public to follow the guidelines issued by health authorities in wake of virus.
Magray saw many people not wearing masks and not maintaining social distance and therefore advised the common masses to maintain social distance, wear masks and properly follow the SOPs issued by the authorities.
