DDC Vice-Chairman participated in Spreading the same message

The social activist from the minor community, Aarenjeet Khalsa spread the message of the anti-Dowry system in the society at Shopian.
Later, he was joined by several locals and vice Chairman DDC Shopian, Irfan Manhas, and social activist Mansoor Magray in the same Anti-dowry campaign.
Everyone held placards with messages that dowry was an evil practice.
Furthermore, he added that the unmarried generation must come forward and should object to the dowry system in the society so that there will be an end to late marriages and the poor ones are able to get married on time, too.
