Two Militants has been killed in nocturnal encounter has started between militants and Government forces at Warpora area in Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla District.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday afternoon, 22 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police after receiving inputs about Militant presence in the area laid a cordon and search operation in the area.
The cordon continued for nearly eight hours, during which the hiding Militants opened fire on the troopers triggering an encounter.

In the ensuing gunfight, two Militants have been killed, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
Massive clashes have erupted near the encounter site as hundreds of Locals thronged the encounter site.
Meanwhile mobile internet services have been snapped in the region, also section 144 has been imposed to thwart any kind of protest.
