Today on 16 November 2021, police station Sopore received an application from Block Medical Officer, SDH Sopore regarding the theft of oxygen pipes of the main oxygen plant of SDH Sopore in an intervening night of 15/16 November 2021.
Upon which case FIR No. 274/2021 under relevant sections stands registered at Police Station Sopore and accordingly investigation was taken up. During the course of the investigation, some suspected persons were held for questioning. During the questioning, one person name withheld confessed the crime and upon his disclosure recovery of stolen copper pipes was made, accused was arrested. Further investigation is going on. More arrests and recoveries are to be expected.
