The Jammu Kashmir education Department has said that any private school charging any fees other than the tuition fees will be strongly dealt with.
“If the school operators closed due to corona are charging anything other than tuition fees, the administration is going to take strict action against such schools,” the education department has said.
Pertinently the board has received several complaints alleging that students are being pressurized to deposit bus, laboratory, sports fees and to purchase textiles, books, and uniforms.
Taking cognizance of these complaints, the directorate has issued a circular stating that all the schools against which such complaints are being raised, the authorities concerned should ensure action against them.
