Late on Sunday evening, unknown gunmen abducted a Policeman from a Shopian after they stormed into his house in Thairan area.
Sources in the Jammu Kashmir Police told The Kashmiriyat that militants appeared in Thairan village of Shopian district and abducted a police cop identified as Shakeel Ahmed.
Sources said that post the incident the Government Forces cordoned off the adjacent villages to nab the suspected militants.
