Suspected militants fire upon two non-Locals in Srinagar area, Search operation Launched

Suspected militants on Friday evening opened fire on two non-local labourers in the Nowgam area of Srinagar.

An official said that two labourers were fired upon by militants in the Nowgam area of Srinagar, injuring them critically.

The duo have been shifted to the hospital for treatment.

Jammu Kashmir Police in a tweet said, “#Terrorists fired upon two outside labourers in #Nowgam area, outskirts of #Srinagar City. Both of them have been shifted to hospital. Area #cordoned off, search going on.”
