Suspected militants on Tuesday night killed two non-local labourers in the Harmain area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that non local labourers were attacked by militants as they were asleep at their rented accommodation.
The duo identified as Monish Kumar & Ram Sagar, both residents of Uttar Pradesh were shifted to the district hospital Shopian, where they were declared brought dead on arrival, the official said.
The Government forces rushed to the spot and launched a search operation in the area.
