Officials sealed 28 shops allegedly constructed over state land in the Larnoo area of Anantnag district in south Kashmir. Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Saturday officials from revenue department of Jammu Kashmir reached the Larnoo area where they sealed 28 shops constructed on state land. "On the directions of Deputy Commisioner Anantnag, 28 shops constructed illegally on state/Kahcharai land were taken into custody by a team of revenue officials headed by Tehsildar and Naib-Tehsildar Larnoo," they said. Suhail Dar Officials on Friday sealed 39 shops, which were constructed by Local Auqaf, in south Kashmir's Tehsil Bijbehara. Reports reaching The Kashmiriyat said that a team led by revenue officials sealed thirty-nine shops in the Kanelwan area of Bijbehara. The shops were constructed by the local Auqaf committee of Kanelwan and the rent of the shops was used for the Mosque along with other relief works for the local population.
