Teenager stabbed by friend with sharp knife in Anantnag

A teenager was attacked by an eighteen year old in the Krangsoo area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag area.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that one youth was stabbed by his friend for unknown reasons on Wednesday afternoon in the Krangsoo area.

Identified as Adnan Altaf, the youth was rushed to the district hospital in Ananatnag where he is being treated.

Hospital sources told The Kashmiriyat that Adnan has suffered injuries in his arm, back and shoulder.

They said that a sharp object like a knife has been used to stand Adnan.

In this regard police station Mattan has registered a case and started further investigation into the matter.
