Tens of thousands of people raising pro independence and Pro Militancy slogans to reach Lolab to attend the funeral of slain Militant commander, Manan Wani on Thursday.
Women and men in large numbers reached the home of Slain Militant in Lolab Kupwara. Manan was the son of Bashir Ahmad Wani and was pursuing his PhD in applied geology at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) before he joined Militancy.
The Kashmiriyat journalist Shabir Khan was stopped from reaching Lolab to cover the funeral of slain Militant, Manan Wani along with many other photographers and journalists.
“We are being disallowed by Government Forces to enter into the Lolab area, we tried to tell them we are journalists, however they did not allow us,” Shabir Khan said.
