Three cows were charred to death in the Barnbugh of Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that a cowshed caught fire during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday, resulting in the death of three cows.
Locals along with the fire services reached the spot to douse the flames, but could not bring the fire under control before the cowshed was gutted.
