Traditonal circular assemblies across Yemen raise war alarm as US-UK strikes continue unabated

On Sunday, traditional tribal assemblies were convened in various parts of Yemen against the ongoing US-UK aggression in the country.

As per local media, an assembly was converted in Sunday in the Tur al-Mahamra area of the Bayt al-Faqih District in Hodeida province, rallying against the perceived US-UK aggression on Yemen.

This expansive gathering, joined by representatives from the educational sector, was orchestrated to declare a resolute opposition to the foreign intervention and to reassert unwavering support for both the Yemeni people and the Palestinian resistance.

Guided by Director Hussein Sahl, alongside local and tribal leaders and influential social figures, the participants passionately hoisted the flags of Yemen and Palestine.

Through chants and slogans, they vocalized their determination to confront American threats, affirming their continuous backing of the Palestinian people and expressing approval for the operations conducted by the armed forces in support of the Palestinian resistance.

Underscoring their resolve, the participants declared that any aggression from the US-UK alliance would be met with steadfastness and a unified popular front in support of the armed forces.

During the assembly, strong condemnation was voiced against the persistent silence of Arab regimes regarding the alleged crimes committed by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip and occupied territories.

Meanwhile, the American-British aggression conducted over 40 airstrikes across multiple Yemeni provinces.

The strikes, as per local media, targeted areas such as Al-Nahdain and Attan in the capital, Sanaa, as well as districts in Hodeida, Taiz, Dhamar, and Bayda.
