The Director General of Jammu Kashmir Police Dilbagh Singh Wednesday said that the Tral area of Pulwama is almost militancy free and is now an abode of peace.
Talking to media persons on his visit to the area, DGP said that he would like to congratulate the general public of the area and youth in particular for not opting for the path of “terror” and choosing peace and prosperity.
“I want the youth to continue on this path because those who chose the wrong path never came back,” Singh said, adding that people should come forward to help the civil and police administration so that Tral becomes a developed area.
