Two residential houses were damaged in a fire incident in the Rawalpora Baghat Area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district.
Reports reaching news agency Kashmir Scroll that two single-story residential houses belonging to Parvaiz Ahmad Dar and Abdul Rashid Dar were damaged in a fire incident in Rawatpora Baghat during the intervening night.
They said firefighters along with the help of police and locals doused the flames on time, to avoid any further damage, adding that the cause of the fire was not known immediately.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KS)
