Two Village Defense Guards killed in Kishtwar area

Two Village Defense Group (VDG) members have been killed by suspected militants in the Kishtwar district of Jammu Kashmir.

According to a report by Daily Excelsior, on Thursday afternoon, the two were killed in the forest area of Munjla in the district.

The deceased have been identified as Nazir Ahmad and Kuldip Kumar, who had been kidnapped earlier.

A massive search operation has been launched by security forces to nab the attackers.
