The body of an unidentified man has been recovered in South kashmir Kapren Village of Verinag in Anantnag district on Wednesday afternoon.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that on Wednesday they spotted the body lying in an open area in the Kapran Verinag area and immediately informed police about it.
Soon after being informed, a police team rushed to the spot and took the body into their possession after having recovered the body.
The identity of the man is being ascertained.
