Vandevalgam Hospital Lacks Facilities, Staff- Locals Stage Protest

Locals from the Vailoo area of Kokernag are up in arms against the non-availability of basic health facilities and Staff in the Primary Health Center at Vandevalgam area here.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that the residents of Vandevalgam area of South Kashmirs Islamabad (Anantnag) District took on Road and start shouting slogans against Health department.
 

The locals told The Kashmiriyat in PHC wandevalgam, there is a no facility of X ray and night staff adding that due to non availability of X ray plant and  lack of night staff creates problems for the locals and people from the adjacent areas.
Locals added that despite the fact that they had many a times, they had approached the Higher authorities regarding this matter,  but nothing was done in this regard.
The BMO Larnoo, Dr Abid Bashir reached on spot and assured residents that the genuine demands of the people will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
