Various social activists launch ‘Jammu Kashmir Awami Tehreek’

On Wednesday, several social activists of Jammu Kashmir launched a new political party “Jammu Kashmir Awami Tehreek.”

Speaking on the occasion, party spokesperson Angad Singh Khalsa Nirmaljeet said that it is a pleasure to announce the launch of Awami Tehreek, a dynamic and progressive Social and political party with integrity, transparency and a bold vision for the future.

“JK Awami Tehreek represents a diverse group of passionate individuals who are committed to serving the people of Jammu and Kashmir. are united for a common purpose,” he said.

Defending the rights and aspirations of the people of Jammu Kashmir is the main objective of this party and attention will be given to it, said Angad Singh Khalsa, who has been seen at the forefront of several protests in the recent times.

“Our main agenda will be Dignity and identity, Realistic peace and stability, Political empowerment of public, addressing and resolving of political issues in the region,” the spokeperson said.

He said that “with a firm belief in participatory democracy and inclusive governance”, the party aims to bring about “real, positive change” and promote a society that is “fair, just and prosperous for all”.

The spokesman said that the party firmly believes in giving priority to the interests of the people and ensuring that their voice is heard and valued.

On this occasion, he was accompanied by party chairman Waqar H. Bathi, president Sohail Ahmed Khan, Vice President Nadeem Shafi and Advisory Omar Ghazi were also present.
