Wildlife department on Friday rescued a 3 feet long snake in Sir Syed locality of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said here.
An official told the news agency – Kashmir News Observer that the snake was spotted in the area early morning, following which locals informed the wildlife department.
He said that soon after getting the information, a Rapid Response Unit was rushed to the spot, which rescued the snake.
