Addressing a party convention in Kunzer area of Tangmarg in Baramulla, Ghulam Hassan Mir, the vice president of Apni party on Friday said that the party will not allow the rights to land and Jobs of Jammu Kashmir to anyone who is not a subject of Jammu Kashmir.
Speaking on the subject of the District Development Council, he said that the elections are non-political and will have no influence upon the political problems in Jammu Kashmir.
“We will not allow anyone from outside Jammu Kashmir to get lands and jobs in the region,” he said adding that, “We did not allow anyone from outside Jammu Kashmir to have medical/nonmedical seats in Jammu Kashmir during the recent entrances.”
Speaking regarding the abrogation of the special status of Jammu Kashmir last year in August, the party Vice president of the party, Ghulam Hassan Mir said that the delegation of the party met the prime minister of India and told him that the people of Kashmir are fearful of the demographic changes in Jammu Kashmir.
He also demanded the release of Engineer Rashid.
