A woman died while two pedestrians were injured in a road accident this afternoon in Ganderbal district.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat, on Saturday afternoon, a speeding vehicle hit three pedestrians in Haripora area of Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to three persons.
The trio, including a woman, were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Upon reaching the hospital, the woman identified as Mugli Begum, wife of Ghulam Qadir Chopan, a resident of Haripora passed away.
Authorities have since taken cognizance of the incident.
