Continuing their stiff Anti Militancy operations, the Government Forces on Thursday launched a Cordon and Search operation in Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District.
The Kashmiriyat has been informed that Indian Army’s 42 Rashtriya Rifles, 180 Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force and Jammu Kashmir Police in Large contingents reached the Naikpora area in Amirabad Tral and laid a siege around the area.
The cordon has been laid following an input about Militant movement, however prior to this the forces blocked all the alleys leading to the area.
The forces had started searching houses in the area as this report was filed. (The Kashmiriyat)
