Youth Goes Missing from Shopian, Has Likely Joined Militants

Youth namely Bilal Ahmad Bhat son of Habib u llah Bhat resident of Keegam area of  shopian district is missing from 31st July evening.

As per his family members, Bilal was alone at home on 31st July as all other family members other than him were busy in their orchard.

As we reached back home from orchard, bilal wasn’t there and we tried to contact him however his phone was repeatedly coming  switched off.

We searched him everywhere, contacted his friends and relatives but no body was knowing anything about him, they told The Kashmiriyat.

After failing to trace him we filed his missing report at police post Keegam, they added.

His parents seek his return and requested every organisation with whom he is to return him back.

His brother Athar said that our parents often remain ill as our mother is suffering from diabetes and our father is suffering from stomach related issues.

His sister kousar Akhtar requested all organisations to send his brother back as he is the sole bread earner of our family.

“Who will bring medicines for our parents now,” she asked.

Bilal a 12th drop out and auto driver by profession has left behind parents, elder married brother and unmarried sister.

As per locals of Keegam, Bilal has already joined Militants, however Officials have not confirmed anything as of yet.
