A youth identified as Mudasir Ahmed has been shot by Government Forces outside their camp at Behbagh camp in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that that soldiers from 34 RR of Indian Army fired upon a biker allegedly after he did not stop at the Behibagh check point.
The youth has been identified the youth as Mudasir Ahmed Thokar, a resident of Kadder Kulgam.
Officials confirmed the incident to The Kashmiriyat and said that Mudasir was was driving at a very high speed and didn’t stop at two check points.
Mudasir has been shifted to Srinagar Hospital for treatment.
