16 Including Doctor and Ph.D Scholar Join Militant Outfit Hizb

Militancy has been a growing Phenomena in Kashmir after the killing of Burhan Wani on July 08, 2016.

Figures available to The Kashmiriyat reveal that more than 100 youth have joined Militant ranks till date in this year.

In the latest series of Photographs 16 youth have released their photographs which includes a Ph.D Scholar from Kulgam and a Doctor who had gone missing on 22 May in 2018 after Troops vandalised property in the Shopian area.

Mohammad Roshan Zameer Son of Ghulam Mohammed Tantray resident of Asoora, Bijbehara Islamabad has posed with a gun and announced his entry into the Militant outfit Hizb ul Mujahideen.

He s a B.A student and has been missing since May 24, 2018.

Waseem Ahmed Rather son of Bashir Ahmed Rather resident of Ashmuji Kulgam has posed with an AK47 and announced that he has joined the Hizb.

The Ph.D scholar went missing on 25 May 2018 from his native village in South Kashmir.

Ishfaq Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Ram Bama Kulgam. The 23 year old is a Hafiz e Quran and has joined the Militant ranks on 25 May, 2018.

Amir Hussain Rather, son of Mohammed Amin Rather, a resident of Awneera Shopian has also Joined Hizb.

The 21 year old was pursuing B.A before he joined Militant outfit Hizb ul Mujahideen on 23 May 2018.

Mehraj u Din Najar son of Abdul Ahad Najar has joined Militant outfit Hizb on 21 May 2018.

He is a resident of Drawun area in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.

Wajid ul Islam son of Muzaffar Ahmed wani from Babhara Pulwama has joined the outfit on 22 May 2018.

One more youth from Gulshanpora Tral identified as Adfar Fayaz son of Fayaz Ahmed Parray has joined on 06 July 2018.

Dar Feroz who has been missing since the funeral of Saddam padder has also joined the Militant outfit on 27 May.

He is a M.A, B.PED and is a resident of Heff area in South Kashmir’s Shopian.

Sheeraz Ahmed Bhat son of Mohammed Sultan Bhat from Kralwari Chadoora area in Budgam.

He was pursuing B.Sc before joining militant ranks.

Abdul Gani Khawaja son of Mukhtar Ahmed Khawaja resident of Kralgund in North Kashmir’s Kupwara has joined Militant ranks on 28 June 2018.

The Doctor who had went missing from sugan area in Shopian on 22 May has also joined Hizb.

He has been identified as Dr. Shamsul Haq son of Mohammed Rafiq, his elder brother is an IPS officer.

Another youth identified as Liyaqat Ahmad Lone from Sopore area in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district has joined Hizb on 07 July.

Faizan Rashid Lone son of Abdul Rashid Lone from Langate Handwara in north Kashmir has joined Hizb on 29 May 2018.

Zahoor Ahmad Mir son of Mohamad Akbar Mir from Kalroosa Kupwara has joined today on 07 July 2018.

The Jammu Kashmir Police cop identified as Irfan Rashid Dar son Abdul Rashid Dar who had decamped with his service rifle from Nehama area of Pulwama has also joined on 27 June 2018.

Earlier 7 youth had released their photographs announcing that they had joined Lashkar e Taiba, a separate Militant outfit.

Though Indian Forces have intensified operations against the Militants and managed to kill more than 200 Militants the last year including top commanders, Militancy is showing no signs of declination.

In fact a recent report released by Jammu Kashmir Police and visibly as the figures reveal more youth are joining Militancy after every encounter.

Official Sources confirmed the Joining of all the youth to The Kashmiriyat.

Kashmiri Youth have been joining the Militant outfits since 1988 when an Armed Insurgency challenging the Indian Rule in Kashmir began.

India and Pakistan have both claiming the Himalayan region in its entirety and have fought three wars over the region.
