Grenade Attack on Panch House in Pulwama

November 24 Suspected Militants on Saturday evening hurled a grenade at the residence of Surrendar Singh of Padibal area of Devar village of Tral township in Pulwama district. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that grenade was hurled at the residence of Panch Candidate namely Surinder Singh of Padibal, in Devar Tral on Saturday evening. The grenade landed inside the house and exploded without causing any loss of life or damage. "The grenade hurled at the residence of Surrendar Singh but it missed the target" an Police official told The Kashmiriyat. South Kashmir Mourns Militant Killings- Shuts Down

November 24 The Southern part of Kashmir including Pulwama, Kulgam, Shopian and Islamabad has shut down for the second day to mourn the Killing of Six MIlitants in Bijbehara area of South Kashmir on Friday. The Islamabad (Anantnag) district and Pulwama, Kulgam Areas shut spontaneously as the news of the encounter spread in the area The Kashmiriyat was informed that traffic is off the roads, while business establishments are also shut. The Government has also suspended classwork in educational institutes while as railway services have also been suspended. Hundreds of people are still visiting the houses of Slain Militants and civilians in Islamabad (Anantnag) District of South Kashmir.
