An encounter has raged  between militants and Government forces at Yamrach area of in Yaripora area of South Kashmir's Kulgam District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a team of 34 RR, jammu kashmir police and 18 BN of CRPF was fired upon by Militants in the Mohammad pora area, after which the Army retaliated to the firing. The Forces retaliated and the exchange of fire triggering an encounter, Officials told The Kashmiriyat that two to three Militants are believed to be trapped at the site of the encounter, while the firing at the encounter site is still going on.
