Private Schools’ Association of Jammu Kashmir on Saturday announced 100 per cent fee waiver to the wards of the families who had no income during the lock-down period. Private Schools’ Association of J&K (PSAJK) after lengthy deliberations with Parents Association of Privately Administered Schools (PAPAS), trade bodies and representatives of tourism, transporters and other sectors have decided to announce a major fee waiver scheme for students, whose family income has been severely impacted by the present COVID19 lockdown. The family of Tawseef Ahmed Sheikh, a slain Militant of Hizb ul Mujahideen has alleged that the mother of the slain Militant has been arrested from her residence in Rampora area of Redwani in South Kashmir's Kulgam District. Speaking to The Kashmiriyat a family member alleged that Naseema Akhtar wife of Abdul Salam Sheikh was arrested during a raid at her house in the Rampora area in Kulgam district on 20th June afternoon. Mubashir Naik A young boy lost his life on Saturday in Doda, when he drowned away in Neru Nallah near Hyundai showroom Pul in Chenab Valley's Doda district. A Police official speaking to The Kashmiriyat identified the drowned youth as Waris Alam son of  Sajad Ahmed Sheikh a resident of Bun area in Doda.
