Dilapidated Condition of Road Irks Khundroo Nowgam Residents.

The dilapidated condition of Khundroo Nowgam road vexes residents. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that they are facing a lot of inconvenience due to the poor condition of roads. According to the residents the roads in South Kashmir have been Macadamized but  Khundroo to Nowgam has been left un-macadamized putting the residents to a lot of inconvenience, compelling  them to come out demanding immediate repair and macadamisation of road. Due to the worsening condition of road the villagers feel like they are residing in a far off backward village. Private School in Srinagar asks Students to Deposit Monthly Fee including Miscellaneous Charges

The parents of students of a private school, at Bund Kursoo Rajbagh, Saturday alleged that school administration has asked them to either pay monthly tuition fee for the lockdown period or their wards would be expelled from the school. The aggrieved parents informed a Local news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that their children’s future is at stake as the school administration has been forcing them to pay monthly tuition fee for the lockdown period. Encounter Rages in Kreeri Baramulla- 1 Militant Killed

A Gunfight has raged between militants and government forces in Check i Saloosa area of Kreeri in of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday morning. Sources said a joint team of Army’s RR, Police and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Check e Saloosa area of Kreeri on Saturday. As the joint team encircled the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them. The fire was retaliated by the joint team, triggering off an encounter. Body of a Minor fished out from a Nallah in Anantnag

Sheikh Nadeem The body of a 10-year-old minor who drowned yesterday in a nallah in South Kashmir's Anantnag district was fished out today, in the early morning. A Police official told The Kashmiriyat the body of a 10-year-old identified as Musharaf Hassan has been fished out from Nallah at Shiekh Takiya Hiller on Saturday morning after hectic efforts by teams of SDRF, Police and locals. The body was handed over to the family for final rites after all the legal and medical formalities had been done. Pertinently Muhshraf had drowned in the Brengi Nallah on Friday morning after which Police had launched operations to retrieve his body.

On Thursday, the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo notified the president of the UN Security Council and reporters about the Trump administration formally drafting a UN resolution 2231 that sought to reimpose all UN sanctions on Iran due to Iran allegedly violating the 2015 nuclear deal.
