Mother of ex-MLA of National Conference for Shangus, Abdul Majeed Mir's 80-year-old mother, Zainab Begum passed away on Sunday night. She was suffering from ill health for a brief period after which she passed away on the night of November 1. Hindu Sena defaces Signboard of India Islamic Cultural Centre in Delhi with ‘Jihadi Islamic Terrorist Centre’ poster

DSEK Asks Private Coaching Centres to Apply For Fresh Registration

The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued a notification regarding the registration of all private coaching centres that expired on October 31. The department has already advised the parents not to enrol students in any un-registered coaching or tuition centre. “In order to follow up the registration process of private coaching/tuition centres for 2020-21 either for renewal of their registration or getting fresh registration, all the criteria should be adopted for the registration process,” reads a notification by the DSEK. The coaching centres will have to fulfil different criteria to become eligible for the registration.
