Officials sealed 28 shops allegedly constructed over state land in the Larnoo area of Anantnag district in south Kashmir.
Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Saturday officials from revenue department of Jammu Kashmir reached the Larnoo area where they sealed 28 shops constructed on state land.
“On the directions of Deputy Commisioner Anantnag, 28 shops constructed illegally on state/Kahcharai land were taken into custody by a team of revenue officials headed by Tehsildar and Naib-Tehsildar Larnoo,” they said.
Pertinently, Officials on Friday sealed 39 shops, which were constructed by Local Auqaf, in south Kashmir’s Tehsil Bijbehara.
On Thursday, the revenue officials in the Anantnag district of south Kashmir sealed eight shops in allegedly built over state land the Thajiwara area of Bijbehara.
Pertinently, the shops were sealed in pursuance of the orders of the LG Admin to free all the state land in Jammu Kashmir from “encroachers.”
