A pall of gloom descended on Chapnari Banihal village of Ramban district after a minor boy died when he fell in a water tank on Thursday morning.
An official said that a boy identified as Summit Singh, son of Bharat Singh of Chapnari village of Ramban fell in a water tank and died on the spot.
