3rd Civilian has succumbed to his injuries in South Kashmir.
He has been identified as Mehraj Ahmed Mir, Son of Mohammed Yaseen Mir a resident of Wokay Kulgam, officials told The Kashmiriyat.
The Civilian was injured in the clashes at the encounter site in Shopian earlier today, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
