The Jammu Kashmir administration that has during the last few years launched intense operations against militancy is now preparing to demolish the structures of militants, their supporters, reported Gulistan News.

Quoting unnamed sources, the news channel reported that a list of more than 190 persons has been prepared who are either militants or their alleged supporters has been prepared for demolition by the admin.

Earlier the Jammu Kashmir administration demolished the structures of militants in south Kashmir while properties of several others were attached, however, now the admin plans to bulldoze the properties of the militants.

According to the news report, the names of 193 prepared include former and active militants, over ground workers (OGW) and other militant sympathizers. “The admin is also planning to seal down the accounts of these people,” the report added.

The 198 persons have been further divided into three groups as per their categorisation by the security agencies including NIA,SIA, SIU. “Action will also been taken against those who sympathize with militancy in any form or shape,” sources said

The Jammu Kashmir admin is also planning to take action against the properties owned by the kin of those actively involved in militancy.

It is also likely that admin will restart it’s action against Government employees who are involved in “anti-national” activities. Nearly one dozen government employees including top officials have been profiled for termination.
