Army Man Posted in Anantnag Among Two Arrested in Panjab for Spying, Leaking Information to Pakistan’s ISI

DGP Panjab has said that 2 Army personnel have been arrested by the Panjab Police for spying and leaking information to Pakistan’s ISI.

He has confirmed that confidential documents related to the functioning and deployment of the Indian Army have been recovered from the two.

It has also come to the fore that the Accused had shared 900 classified documents with ISI operatives.

Those arrested have been identified as Sepoy Harpreet Singh (23), who was posted in Anantnag, had joined the IA in 2017 and belongs to 19 Rashtriya Rifles.

Sepoy Gurbhej Singh (23) belongs to 18 Sikh Light Infantry and was working as a clerk in Kargil.
