A Kashmiri man aged 59 has gone missing from his home in the Baramulla district.
Family members speaking to The Kashmiriyat said that Engineer Gurmeet Singh, a resident of Baramulla has been missing from his home since Friday evening.
“He left home around 6 P.M. for some work after which he did not return home, which has caused panic among his family members,” said one of his family members.
Gurmeet Singh, a technical officer with the Roads and Buildings Department of Jammu Kashmir had informed his family that he was going to attend a meeting.
The family member said that his vehicle was found near Sheeri in Baramulla. “His vehicle was locked and his phone was inside the vehicle (JK02BT 1542),” the family members told The Kashmiriyat over the phone.
The family has lodged a missing report at the concerned Police station which has started searches to trace the missing person.
“If anyone has seen Gurmeet Ji after 6:25 P.M. yesterday, please inform us over the phone number 9797199937,” the family members appealed to the people.
