A BSF man dies in a road accident in the Chenani tunnel in Jammu division on Saturday.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that an accident took place inside the Nashri tunnel when a vehicle xylo bearing registration No. Jk01P/7905 loaded with passengers on its way from Srinagar towards Udhampur when reached the Chenani Nashri tunnel lost control over the speed of the vehicle and skidded off the road.
In the incident one passenger namely Amit Kumar shukla (30) son of Upendra Shukla resident of Jharkhand of 26 Bn BSF lost his life,he said.
He added that other passengers are safe while further investigation in this regard has been taken up.(KS)
