The Government Forces on Saturday morning launched a cordon and search operation in the Aang Matipora area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday, the forces including 1 RR of Indian Army, and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Aang area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Islamabad locality and are conducting a search operation in the area.
