Following a specific input about Militant movement, the Government Forces have jointly launched a cordon and search operation in the Chitragam area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District.
On Thursday afternoon, the forces including 44 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Chitragam area.
The troopers reached the area following specific inputs about Militant movement in the area.
A search operation was going on when this report was being filed. (The Kashmiriyat).
