Devesh Mishra Several Groups of protesting farmers on Tuesday have entered New Delhi after they breached the Police barricades near Singhu border where farmers have been protesting for the past sixty days. Eyewitnesses told The Kashmiriyat that early morning near Singhu as the farmers tried to march peacefully ahead towards Delhi, the Delhi Police cane charged people resulting in a confrontation. Physical contact - 'skin-to-skin contact with sexual intent' - and mere groping would not be considered sexual assault, as ruled the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court.
