Residents of Tengpora Noorbagh in Srinagar on Saturday said they are facing acute drinking water shortage for more than two months. A traveler died on the spot as a car rammed into a permanent divider in Umarabad HMT area on Srinagar-Baramulla highway on Saturday morning.
